The travel plans of North Korea’s eccentric (and very short) dictator Kim Jong Il are state secrets and hard to guess. He sometimes disappears for months and has the whole world guessing his whereabouts. The only sure thing is that he travels by train and boat only – he has a well-documented fear of flying!
