Busy Inezgane, 13 km south of Agadir, is now almost a part of Agadir. The streets get choked with traffic, there are sheep on the road, goats grazing, women in bright garments carrying packages on their heads, and the usual cheap and cheerful plastic domestic items for sale in the shops. Inezgane is above all a transport hub, which is why you will probably have to deal with it if you are travelling in the southwest. There are numerous coach, bus and grand taxi connections and it may also be handy as a stop-over, if you do not want to go into Agadir. At the end of the main street is the square, with the local bus stands. Off to the right of the square is a relaxed and mildly interesting covered market, with the main market day on Tuesday.
