Highway 7 to Atlin is a rough dirt road that hugs the shore of BC’s largest natural lake, also the headwater of the Yukon River. A few campgrounds line the road and Km 6 is the trailhead for the Mount White Trail, one of the Yukon’s most rewarding day hikes. The path starts on the left at the back of a gravel pit and climbs to a plateau that offers fabulous views.

Yes, the place is extremely beautiful. We rented a house boat and walked around the Theresa Iceland. Would always go out again, this time with Atlin Air Watch the Llewellyn Glacier.
