Ins and outs
Getting there
Curicó is easily accessible by bus from Santiago (many times daily). There are also some connections to the towns further south, especially Talca, Chillán, Temuco and Puerto Montt (several daily).

Bus
The main bus terminal is on Prat y Maipú. Local buses, including those to coastal towns as well as some long-distance services use Terminal Plaza, Prat y Maipú. TurBus stop on M De Velasco; their office is also on M De Velasco, 1 block south. Pullman del Sur have their own terminal at Henríquez y Carmen. Many southbound buses bypass Curicó, but can be caught by waiting outside town.
To Santiago several companies, frequent, 2½ hrs, US$6. To Talca, regular, 1 hr, US$2. To Temuco, 7 hrs, US$12-24. To Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt, 11 hrs, US$18-30. To Llico, Buses Díaz, regular in summer, 2 daily off season, 3 hrs, US$3.50. To Iloca, every hr in summer, less frequent off-season, 2 hrs, US$3.50.
