Getting there
Buses to Taxco leave from Mexico City’s Terminal del Sur and arrive at terminals on the edge of town. You should book onward or return bus tickets to Mexico City on arrival. Some buses en route to Mexico City drop passengers on the main highway, some way from the centre. Taxco is connected to Mexico City and Acapulco via Route 95 and the fast supercarretera Route 95D.
Air
For international flights, Mexico City or Acapulco airports are the closest. Some domestic routes are served by Cuernavaca airport .

Combis take you up the hill from the bus terminal, US$0.35, same fare across town.
There are 2 bus stations: Estrella Blanca, Av de los Plateros, serving Estrella Blanca, Futura and Costa lines; and Estrella de Oro, Ctra Nacional, further south on the edge of town.
