Malalane is a luxury satellite camp to Berg-en-Dal, set in a rugged area of mountain bushveld on the banks of the Crocodile River on the southern boundary of the park. It has five luxury three- and four-bed cottages ($$), with bathroom and solar-powered communal kitchen unit, plus camping and caravan sites with ablution block and kitchen unit.
