Harbor district with Italian flair and colorful houses
This popular neighborhood contains pastel-colored houses and distinctive 19th Century architecture. Immigrants from Genoa settled in the area and introduced the tango, which is demonstrated in the streets today. In addition to the tango clubs and Italian taverns, there is an open-air museum, art gallery, a market, and an attractive harbor.
