Though Air Panama and Aeroperlas both fly regular routes to Playon Chico, there is no tourist infrastructure here - it's merely a jumping-off point for other islands in the vicinity. There is a thriving Kuna community here that is often visited by tourists on day trips, but that's about it. Interesting fact: the Mormons have a house here, so you'll often see missionaries out and about.
