The Reindl's Partenkirchner is a traditional Bavarian hotel set in the picturesque Alpine resort town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the foot of Gemany's tallest mountain in the Alps. The 62 guestrooms are housed in three distinct buildings, the main property and the Alpspitz and Wetterstein houses. Rooms are decorated in either old classical or contemporary Bavarian style with oak wood furnishings and art works adorning the walls. All include safes, minibars, cable television, direct- dial telephones, bathrobes and radios. After a day of hiking or skiing in the mountains guests head to the conservatory style spa area of the hotel where guests can relax and rejuvenate in the heated indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the hot spa tub. The hotel wine cellar boasts over 250 varieties and guests can enjoy aperitifs or draft Pils beer in the bar or winter garden before dining on classic Bavarian dishes or fresh lobster in the restaurant. The hotel is surrounded by natural scenery and offers plenty of opportunities for skiing, hiking, trekking and horse riding. Zugspitze, the highest mountain, is 10 kilometres away and one of crazy King Ludwig's castles, Castle Linderhof, is a 25 kilometre drive. Munich Franz Josef Strauss Airport is 120 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 90 minutes.
