Culloden House dates back to 1788 and sits on the original site of Culloden Castle which played host to Bonnie Prince Charlie at the Battle of Culloden. This award winning 28 bedroomed Country House hotel is set in 40 acres of private grounds and was refurbished in 2006.<p><p>Hospitality and service are the mainstay of this property and in 2006 Conde Nast Traveler magazine rated Culloden House as the Top Hotel in Scotland along with naming the property in its prestigious Gold List.
