Colonial Inn Harbor Springs travel guide

Established in 1894 by Colonel Eaton (Civil War), Colonial Inn is in the Wequetonsing summer area, within walking distance of quaint restaurants and shops, and approximately 75 miles northeast of Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City. Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is about 300 miles south of the inn. Among white clapboard turn-of-the-century edifices, the inn is walking distance to downtown.
The property's amenities include the landscaped pool, solarium, indoor spa, cocktails, and Lake Michigan dock (on Little Traverse Bay). Complimentary breakfast is served every morning in the Victorian Dining Room or on the porch. The inn also offers a party/meeting room.
All 40 rooms feature two double beds (or a double and a king bed).
The inn is open from late May until mid-October.
