Binion's Gambling Hall and Hotel is located on Fremont Street, approximately three miles from the Las Vegas Strip and seven miles from McCarran International Airport. Binion's is a combination of the original Binion's, which consists of 80 rooms, and a 280-room high-rise in downtown. The hotel is named for the cowboy Benny Binion, a Las Vegas pioneer who laid his claim on Fremont Street and pushed gambling from sawdust joints to classy, carpeted casinos.
