Small property in the heart of venice. it has just opened, therefore, except the lobby, it is in very good condition. hotel is a non smoking environment(cq060803). traditonal venetian building in keeping with the surroundings. the rooms are small to medium in size, equipped with all the modern comforts and in very good condition. they are furnished in traditional venetian style. the bathrooms are small but well designed and, again, in very good condition. there is a small, cosy breakfast room where a buffet breakfast is arranged. lobby is medium in size, a bit dark, with basic furnitures. it has not been completed yet, light renovation works are still going on, but without causing any disruption to clients. for the moment it looks a little disappointing compared with the better standard of the rooms. centrally located in campo san maurizio, only 5 minutes walk from san mark's square, close to all the amenities and the historical sites of major attraction. the closest boat stop, only a couple of minutes away, is named giglio.
