The hotel was built in 1985 and was completely renovated in 2005. Almost 100% of the apartments have total or almost total sea view. There are a total amount of 170 beds and 56 extra beds. 15 pcs of the apartments consist of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room, which is combined with dining room and an American kitchen. The rest 35 apartments have 2 bedrooms. Only the C-type apartments have no kitchen. A peninsula belongs to the hotel, which is very unique. Only 3 such natural geographical formations can be found in Europe. The sea around the peninsula is very suitable for diving, as the seafloor is rocky and it provides home for the most variable sea vegetation. It is possible to rent equipment and instructor for diving in the diving centre. The narrow part of the peninsula is a great beach, as it is covered with pebbles.
