The Abcorn Guest House is a detached Victorian villa with modern facilities. It lies one mile from the centre of Edinburgh and on a main bus route to the center and has its own private car parking for all guests. It is personally run by the owners, Jimmy and Marjorie Kellacher, who assure of a warm welcome and attention throughout the visit.

It is an all-suites property. A traditional full Scottish breakfast is provided.

The villa has seven bedrooms, all spacious and bright with high ceilings, large windows, and en-suite bathroom facilities with showers. The rooms also have color TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and central heating throughout. All rooms are tastefully furnished and add to the character of this charming house.
