Ideal hotel for those who want to experience an better feeling of morocco but also really close to the main city of fez. highly recommended. jmg 07/06. the hotel has been built in accordance with the surrondings combining modern & traditional style. the hotel has 59 rooms and 82 bungalows. rooms are medium size, confortable and full equipped with air conditioning, satellite and many of them with a nice balcony. the bathrooms are medium size. the hotel has a panoramic restaurant with views of the hills. there is a good selection between international and traditional moroccian dishes. there is also a snack pool bar and a bar with all international drinks. the lobby is good in size. this hotel is located within 15 kilometres from fez, close to the little village of moulay yacoub taking only 15 min driving from the centre of the city. located in a beautiful valley between the mountains, the hotel is really close to the famous spa under the same name.the trip to moulay yacoub takes you across pleasant, rolling countryside, with wonderful views south across the plain of saã¯ss, with the middle atlas beyond. the village itself tumbles down a steep hillside, with baths, a swimming pool and large hammam (separate sections for women and men) open daily 6am-10pm; a bath costs 10dh). at the foot of the hill, in the `basin`, are new and more scientific thermal baths used for serious medical treatment. cars and taxis park at the top of the village, leaving you to descend flights of steps, flanked with some attractive little restaurants and cafã©s.
