Newly opened in August 2000, this all-suite hotel features the onsite Rapid River Water Park, and is located approximately six miles from Brainerd-Crow Wing County Airport. In the area are Paul Bunyan Recreation Trail, Pirates Cove Miniature Golf, Kart Kountry, Gull Lake, and Brainerd International Speedway. The Grand Casino is located approximately 30 miles from the property.

On the premises is an 11,000 sq. ft indoor Water Park featuring a 240ft tube slide, 180ft body slide, Lazy River with Adventure Channel, and a 1,300 sq. ft activity pool, which has tree houses, rope bridges, rope ladders, water rifles, slides, and swings.
