A good budget property in negombo on a lovely stretch of beach and located close to the airport. a good destination for those in transit or those not wishing to travel to the south coast of the island. to/0106. a modern non-descript building with two pools and a pool bar on the beach side of the property. the rooms are decorated with a tropical theme and are in good condition. all have air-conditioning, mini fridge upon request, small seating area and desk as well as a private balcony or terrace. bedrooms are not furnished with televisions, though a common television is available in the bar area. the restaurant and bar are located off the lobby, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style. the lobby is small to medium in size with a 1970's style decor. the lobby is not an accurate representation of the rest of the property. located approximately ten kilometres from the international airport along a large stretch of white sand beach in negombo.
