The Chateau de Noizay is a perfect example of a Chateau-Hotel, unusual in<p>its architecture and furnishings, cosy in its size and equipped with all<p>the convenience of a four star hotel. This elegant XVIth Century residence<p>in the heart of the Loire Valley Castles was used as a refuge by the<p>protestants during the Amboise conspiracy in 1560.<p>By the end a nice wooden path, the castle appears in its Renaissance<p>magnificence with a French garden overlooking the village of Noizay.<p>An imposing oak staircase will take you to the second floor, this one being<p>surrounded by Aubusson tapestries on the bare stone walls.<p>On one side of the entrance hall, the restaurant painted in light yellow<p>and blue colors, reminds Monet painting. On the other side is an attractive<p>library filled with precious books and a lounge with a fireplace that will<p>warm you up against the chilled fall and winter evenings. The cheerful<p>atmosphere of the hotel makes it perfect for relaxing holiday and romantic<p>week-ends.<p>Renovated a few years ago, the -Clock House- building from the XVIIth<p>century, is situated a few meters away from the chateau and has five rooms<p>furnished in the Chateau style.
