The Zanetta family have been the owners of Villa Aminta since 2000. After thorough and detailed historical research into the period in which the structure was originally built, the Zanetta family oversaw the restoration of the villa to its former splendour. Today, the hotel has been carefully restored and sensitively renovated with elegance and taste. This 5-star hotel now offers a fusion of state-of-the-art technology and the villa’s original elegance. Reinterpreting the concept of the family villa at the turn of the century, it is in the details that the hotel’s quality really shines through. The villa has been embellished with antique furniture, stuccos, chandeliers, precious wallpapers, arabesques and oriental arches, in homage to its historical relationship with the Venetian Republic, which was once known as The Doorway to the Orient.
