Failure to cancel 15 days prior to 4 PM EST day of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit. Deposit must be received at time of booking and must include first night stay plus tax. The focal point of this 36 acre resort is the 15,000 square foot lodge offering an incredible great room with beamed cathedral ceilings, two story stone fireplace with hand carved mantle, deck with outdoor fireplace and hot tub and twelve spacious rooms with hardwood floors, regional furnishings and featherbeds. The one and two bedroom cabins, renovated in the spring of 2005, offer wood burning fireplaces, fully stocked kitchens and luxurious Ralph Lauren linens. Each two bedroom cabin offers a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom and a private deck with hot tub. Living rooms in the two bedroom cabins offer a sleeper sofa. Individual charcoal grills are available upon request. On property, guests enjoy hiking, horseback riding and fly fishing on the Little River. Half day and full day guided fly fishing trips are available in the neighboring national park offering some of the countrys best fly fishing. Bike rentals are also available on site and Townsends six mile paved biking trail runs through the property. The staff is available around the clock to assist with area information, appointments for in room massages, dining reservations and activities. Meeting facilities are available for up to 125 attendees including full catering and conference services.
