Pleasent and clean. this is a good and unpretential hotel in the real heart of genoa. please note that the building is secured and no keys are given to clients who wish to stay out late at night. clients are therefore requested to return to hotel by 1 o 'clock at night, there is no access to the building after this hour and before 7 am the following morning. this is to secure the quietness and tranquillity of guests and residents. ( mz 30.03.04). historical building of early xix century.this is a secured building with porterage from 7 am till 11 pm. rooms are clean and tidy, simply furnished and with neutral decor. bathrooms are modern and all with shower. not applicable. from the main entrance of the building, there is a small corridor which leads to an original restored lift. on 4th floor is the hotel. the entrance is small with a practical wooden reception desk. original floors of the building, so called ` genovese`. located on the 4th floor of a beautiful historical building, a step away from famous via xx settembre and strada s.vincenzo, shopping area and heart of genoa. all turistic attractions are within easy reach, public transport links connects to railway station, harbour and airport.
