Comfortable 3 star bed and breakfast within walking distance of the new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Situated on the A7, one of the main routes into Edinburgh city centre. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, including mains supplied shower, and satellite TV showing free Sky sports and movie channels. Wifi internet provided. We also provide our guests with front door keys allowing them to come and go as they please with no curfew limitations. Specific dietary requirements can be provided with prior notice. Any other special requests will be met if at all possible. Free ample private off road parking. We are 10-15 minutes bus journey from the city centre with all its attractions theatres, comedy and live music venues and many excellent restaurants.
