Kranj

(German: Krainburg) is a municipality and the third largest municipality and fourth largest city in Slovenia with a population of 53,000 (2007), located approximately 20km north-west of Ljubljana. The centre of the Upper Carniola (Gorenjska in Slovenian) region (northwestern Slovenia) is mainly an industrial city with strong electronics industry.
