This hotel has a good location and offers good value for money. me 06/06.

it is a traditional building in a side street surrounded by shops and private residences.

the rooms are all medium sized and are in a good condition. all rooms have a private marbled bathroom which are also in good condition. these are not the most luxurious rooms in town but are nevertheless comfortable and clean.

there is an italian restaurant located on the ground floor just off the bar area. it has a traditional wood burning pizza oven and is decorated in a trattoria style. there is also a small lobby bar.

there is a small entrance which leads to a small marble lobby with a simple reception desk, leading to the bar area which has seating for about 25 - 30 people. this is a long thin lobby area with some traditional and a little dated furniture.

the hotel is centrally located in the hamra business district, close to the university and a short drive from the beach and downtown.
