Air

Long distance
The Greyhound station is on 2nd Av, T1800-661 8747, a short walk north of Downtown, with 1 daily bus to Dawson Creek at 1330 (21 hrs, $211, from $140 with 14 days advance booking) via Watson Lake (5 hrs, $65). From mid-May to mid-Sep Alaska/Yukon Trails, T1888-600 6001, http://www.alaskashuttle.com, runs shuttles from Whitehorse train station on Mon, Wed and Fri at 1300 (8 hrs, $143). During the same months, Alaska Direct, T1800-770 6652, http://www.alaskadirectbusline.com, run a bus on Mon and Thu to Dawson City, leaving Whitehorse at 1100 ($150 one-way, 7 hrs). They also run a bus on Wed, Fri and Sun at 0600 to Tok, Alaska, stopping at Haines Junction and all locations west on the Alaska Hwy. Alaskon Express, run by Gray Line Yukon, T867-668 3225, has a daily summer service to Skagway, departing the Westmark Hotel at 1330.
