Revelstoke (population 7,500 municipal est. 2005) is a city in southeastern British Columbia, Canada. It is located 641 kilometers (398 miles) east of Vancouver, and 415 kilometers (258 miles) west of Calgary, Alberta. The city is situated on the banks of the Columbia River just south of the Revelstoke Dam and near its confluence with the Illecillewaet River. East of Revelstoke are the Selkirk Mountains and Glacier National Park, penetrated by Rogers Pass used by the Trans-Canada Highway and the Canadian Pacific Railway. South of the community down the Columbia River are the Arrow Lakes and the road to the Kootenays. West of the city is Eagle Pass through the Gold Range of the Monashee Mountains and the route to Shuswap Lake and points west. (...)

The Greyhound station, T250-837 5874, is on Fraser Dr, just off Hwy 1. There are 4 buses daily to Vancouver (8½ hr, $84) and 4 to Calgary (6 hr, $58) via Banff (4 hrs, $49).
Xevi went with my cousin in February 2009 and was ...... awesome! Three flights (BCN-Frankfurt-Vancouver-Kelowna) and three hours of "American SUV scrotumtightening" to reach a genuine ski village and tourist canadiense.Aquello was not what we wanted and we knew. They have set up a station in 2007-2008 and we were the 2 nd largest temporada.Es the ski slope in North America. Prior to making millionaires were only heli and now will be a world-class station to be completed in 15 years. We snowmobiling (snowmobiles) with only a guide and two of us! In an area (Boulder Mountain) of outstanding beauty, tremendous! . We stayed at the Regent Inn hotel with fabulous food and a nice pub and we were very well attended throughout the world as we will suppose there was not a Spanish! And what about the day we tested Heliski! If anyone is interested to contact me!
