Banff Canada, one of the few places in the world where if you don't look where you're walking you'll run into a deer. It's a place with stunning (and I mean stunning) scenery and wildlife everywhere. I went in the summer, and it's the place to go for hiking. In the winter, you go for winter sports. Lake Louise is amazing and should not be missed if you're travelling across Canada. The only problem is that you need to book early for accommadation (don't just show up in town) and it can be a little pricey.
