Buenaventura Lakes or BVL (census name: Lake Buenaventura) is an unincorporated CDP located in northern Osceola County, Florida, near Kissimmee. As of the 2000 census, the CDP population was 21,778 with 7,931 housing units; in which Males are 10,519 (48.3%), and Females are 11,259 (51.7%).
