Paso Robles (full name: El Paso de Robles) is a city in San Luis Obispo County, California, United States. The population was 24,297 at the 2000 census. In 2007 the population is at 29,297. 2010 population estimate is around 32,000. Paso Robles is the fastest growing city in San Luis Obispo County. The population estimate for 2025 is 44,000. A resort city located on the Salinas River north of San Luis Obispo, California, it is known for its hot springs, and for playing host to the California Mid-State Fair.
