Relief here is rather hilly - there is a formation called Ogre Kangari comprised of several hills which historically have got their peculiar names - Zilie kalni (Blue Hills) in Jaunoge, Vilku kalni (Wolf Hills) in the central part of the town, Grants kalni (Gravel Hills), Lazdu kalni (Hazel Hills) in Parogre. In Parogre there is also the highest point of the town (63 m) - Kente Hill - which is especially popular during winter when those who love skiing come here.
The town has its unique docoration - the rivers. The rivers Ogre and Daugava are the two most important ones. Still, there are several other smaller rivers like the Urga and the Norupite.
Ogre is one of the "greenest" towns in Latvia - more than a half of the territory is covered with forests where the most popular species are pine-tree - 37 % and firtree - 29 %. Conifers exude ethereal substances which have a very positive influence on human health. that is one of the reasons why there are sanatoriums built which still function providing treatment of lung illnesses. In the centre of the town instead of conifers there is a lot of greenery.
As Ogre is situated in the lowlands climate here is milder and drier than in other parts of the district of Ogre which are further from the Sea and border with the Vidzeme uplands.

OGRE's tangent generation code doesn't like blendshapes. When vertices are split, this won't propagate to the blendshapes. Solution?
