Millie & Al's

DC is a city of young transients, usually people who have just graduated from university and are getting some experience in politics before moving on to grad school. Millie's is probably one of the best places in town to watch those young transients get drunk -- it has a bit of a seedy, frat house atmosphere, but when you're only paying $1 for beer or jello shots (their famous Wednesday night special), you start not to care.
