Manono (Samoa) Travel Guide

A 30 minute boat ride takes you to the 'end of the world' - the one place I have been to that made me feel like Robinson Crusoe: no cars, no electricity, water from the well, surrounded by a blue-green lagoon and coral reef. You can only live with families of the village who will share their exotic food with you and let you sleep in fales - wooden huts on stilts over the water. When you leave you know you have been in paradise.
