This is one of the most beautiful coastal regions. Essaouira has undisputed charm, and a laid back 60's legacy, as very little appears to have changed over the past 50 years, and rumoured to become as infamous as St.Tropez. The drive to Agadir is breathtaking, we are talking sands that glimmer like finely ground sand, sculptured dunes and deserts. The Atlantic coast is a windsurfers dream come true, and there is always a welcoming breeze, and incredible sunrises and sunsets.
The mountainous Agadir-Ouarzate region is a natural wonder, with hiking,trekking,hot air ballooning, or relaxation in one of the many spa resorts.There are many top class golf courses in Agadir " the Miami of Morocco" with nighlife to suit every taste and budget, and to get away fromit all, the Sahara is within easy reach.
