The Old Town of Québec City - narrow streets and stone buildings almost 400 years old
The skyline of the upper city is dominated by the splendid Hotel Château Frontenac atop rocky cliffs. Presidents and kings have slept beneath its patina-green roof. The old city wall surrounds the hotel as well as the squares and lanes of the Old Town: the bustling Place d'Armes, Terrasse Dufferin with its vista, and rue St-Louis with many 17th-century houses.
