Bagolyvár is a unique restaurant that’s entirely staffed by women – from the kitchen, to your table, this lovely Transylvanian manor house has an old-world feel that is quite charming. The only male that works here is a man playing the cimbalom by the front entrance. The Bagolyvár menu offers a dozen main courses augmented with daily three-course meals. Be sure to try the sweet and spicy spare ribs with cabbage salad wrapped in corn omelet for an authentic treat.
