Keith McNally's trendy LES outpost is still going strong
With an interior meant to evoke to grace and atmosphere of the old Parisian metro, Schiller's is a stylish bistro that also happens to have great food. Steak frites are justifiably popular, though you can't go wrong with anything on the menu; the wine list is also a highlight, with many good, affordable bottles. Every night is busy until the wee hours, but weekends are especially tight when beautiful people cram the bar to see and be seen.
