If you want to get an idea of the city's dimension and orientation, the Twin Peaks is the best vista point you can find. The two large towers full of antennas can be seen from pretty much anywhere in the city. If you can't see them - don't bother going up to the Twin Peaks because that means the clouds took over and you won't be able to see anything. The Spanish called these two 275m and 277m high hills "Los Pechos de la Chica" - "The breasts of the girl". The elevation of the Twin Peaks ranges from 600 feet (180 m) to over 900 feet (270 m) and can only be reached via the Twin Peaks Boulevard. To get a better idea of what you are looking at, small boards provide information about the surrounding area and buildings on the horizon.
