An opera house in the neo-classical style with Doric columns
Teatro Juárez starts at the pretty little city square (Jardín de la Unión) with the Teatro Juárez on the south side. It opened in 1903. Inside, it has a Moorish character, especially the lobby and bar which have wood carvings as well as glass and metal artefacts.
