Dolmabahçe Sarayı

This European-style palace was the head administrative building for the Ottoman Empire.

This palace is one of the greatest buildings in Europe and literally filled with gold - 14 tons were used in building it! It is set right next to the Bosphorus and a spectacular sight when seen both from the sea or land.
