This village is uniquely located between rock tombs, the beach, and a lake covered with reeds
This lovely place with only 3,000 residents (50 miles east of Marmaris) lies in the delta of the Dalyan River. The reed-covered delta and the marvelous, upstream beach are under strict nature conservation – the area is one of the last breeding areas of the the loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta). Dalyan has many charming small hotels.
