Chlumec nad Cidlinou (ˈxlʊmɛts ˈnat t͡sɪdlɪnoʊ̯) is a city of the Czech Republic in Bohemia, Hradec Králové Region.
It is situated near Hradec Králové on the confluence of rivers Cidlina and Bystřice. Scenery around city is slightly waved and town is lying at average height 206 metres above sea level.
