This is where the subcontinent ends and the ocean surges up from the Antarctic in the south. Places of special worship exist in Kanyakumari (Cape Comorin) and the natural solemnity cannot be harmed by narrow buildings, either hotels or guesthouses, or the strong pilgrim tourism.
