One of China's few active Buddhist monasteries, Jade Buddha Temple is best known for its namesake - the 1.9 meter-tall pale green Jade Buddha statue situated upstairs in its own hall. But the Hall of Heavenly Kings, with several striking statues of Buddha, is also worth looking through. Visitors to the temple can enjoy a great vegetarian meal at the on-site restaurant.
