The Ernesto Che Guevara Memorial Museum is Santa Clara’s pilgrimage site for fans of this immortal revolutionary

This provincial city in the heart of Cuba, today an agricultural center, was founded in 1691 by people from Remedios. Now the city’s main tourist attraction is the Museo Memorial del Ernesto Che Guevara. Che’s remains were brought here in 1997 from Bolivia, and beyond his grave there are photos and personal mementos from Fidel’s chief ideologue on display.
