do you like Museum van Loon?
This patrician house offers a one-off opportunity to see how the wealthy family of a trader lived in the 17th century. It was built on behalf of a Flemish merchant in 1671/72 by the architect Adriaan Dortsman in a classical canal-house style. Insider tip: The baroque canalside garden which can be seen from the small drawing room is also a rare relic of past times.
