Enormous estuaries broke through the coast of western Norway and made their way into the high mountains. Travelers are forced to new detours. But these detours lead to a different landscape, behind every corner there are surprises. Western Norway is mainly dramatic nature with recreation and adventure perfectly combined. Between glaciers and the open sea, there are many opportunities for winter athletes, aquatic athletes, hikers, and fishers. Tourists who just want to come here to enjoy the fresh air in the middle of a fascinating landscape and explore the treasures of Norwegian art history are also going to be delighted.
