South Norway

Urban Norway, vast hinterland - Between islands and archipelagos there are some lovely spots and flourishing nature.

Torrential rivers from cool mountain lakes run through dense fir tree forests. Hidden between several archipelago lined coasts there are some beautiful beaches, blank washed rocks and harbor towns which kept the charm of the steaming boat era. Southern Norway is not only a destination for aquatic athletes but also for hikers who enjoy the Fjell, a long, low mountain range behind the densely populated coast which offers a foretaste of the amazingly versatile arctic fauna and flora. The south of Norway is full of luscious colors and scenic changes but not cold at all.
