The charterhouse (Carthusian monastery) of Milan was endowed in 1349 and completely rebuilt in the 16th century. Elegant forecourt, mannerist façade, inside a newly renovated cycle of frescoes (1629) on the history of the order by the student of Michelangelo, Daniele Crespi.
