Porto Cervo is often known as "Porto Nuovo" and is the main centre in Costa Smeralda, located in the gulf of the same name in northern Sardinia (Italy). The village itself was designed by the famous Architect, Luigi Vietti. It is a frazione of the comune (municipality) of Arzachena, in the province of Olbia-Tempio. The centre of the marina is the village, where it holds piazzas, shops, the newsagent, and a super market. Close by is the exclusive Yacht Club Costa Smeralda.
